Past Events:
8/14/10 - Here we are at the Tomato Arts Festival in East Nashville!  The festival has been voted best festival three years in a row!  There were a lot of great events, food, music, and of course tomato fun!  Our menu included a variety from our perl Casual menu and our delicious gazpacho on a 95+ degree day to many people's delight!  We had some people tell us they didn't like gazpacho, but we convinced them to try it and they were converted to gazpacho lovers!
8/26/10 - The Sunset Safari Event was in honor of 30 beautiful flamingos making their debut at the Nashville Zoo.  This is our table at the Sunset Safari.  Many thanks to our friend Angela for her help with this event!  We served our chilled peach/champagne soup and also a fried green tomato with a yellow tomato coulis and microgreen salad.
 
9/23/10 - Sister Cities of Nashville hosted Sister Cities Celebrates a World of Friendship.  The event will celebrated the diversity that makes up our community and our world.  We were not serving food at this event due to other commitments, however we donated a gift certificate to the silent auction and look forward to working with the recipient of that certificate.
 
9/24/10 - Our partnership with St. Luke's Community House lent us an opportunity to help them fund raise.  On September 24th, they hosted their annual SpeakEasy at Houston Station downtown Nashville.  We served our fried green tomatoes again along with a delicious organic sweet potato tart.
10/22/10 -Franklin Wine Festival - We were asked by Big Brothers Big Sisters to be part of this fundraiser and it was a great success.  BBBS sold everything at their silent auction and had an amazing turnout.  We were able to meet a lot of great people and we served our caramelized onion bisque and duck confit with a Tennessee peach puree.
 
11/3/10 - Horizon Wine & Spirits Holiday Show - Horizon had a HUGE turnout and a successful event.  Our menu for this event was:

11/11/10 - We were thrilled to be part of the  Nashville Scene photography contest party.  This party was a fundraiser for the Oasis Center.  Our menu for this event was:

4/16/11 - Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Promise Gala.  We were not serving food at this event donated a gift certificate to the silent auction!
 
4/20/11 - Iron Fork - We served up some great fare at this local competition.   We had house-smoked pork spring rolls with a Cherry BBQ sauce and a celery root remoulade and we served our caramelized onion bisque.  Although we were too busy to watch the competition, we would love to be part of this again in the future.  This event was held at the Country Music Hall of Fame and was coordinated by the Nashville Scene.  Check out a local review on our testimonial page!
 
4/21/11 - Vanderbilt's Diversity Fair - We had a great time at this event for one of our most recent business partners! It was great to meet so many people at Vanderbilt and to meet others who run small businesses in the area.  We served lemon lavender cookies, Russian tea cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and profiteroles.  We also served house-smoked pork spring rolls with a Cherry BBQ sauce and a celery root remoulade and we served our caramelized onion bisque.  It was a great day!
 
5/19/11 -  Generous Helpings 2011 benefiting Second Harvest - We had a really great time at our first Generous Helpings event and are looking forward to supporting this great cause for years to come!  We served homemade pretzels with a tomato jam and spicy mustard; beer cheese soup; and smoked salmon fritters with a horseradish cream and an apple compote.
 
8/6/11 - Grand Opening of Apricot Lane in the Gulch!
We helped celebrate the grand opening of this great new boutique by serving some great appetizers.

9/8/11 - Sunset Safari at the Nashville Zoo.  We had a great time and served our caramelized onion bisque, homemade ricotta w/Amish peaches and honey on a crostini, and parmesan crisps topped with a basil puree, our own smoked bacon and heirloom cherry tomatoes. 
 
9/9/11 - St. Luke's Community House "Speakeasy" Fundraiser - We donated food this evening for St. Luke's annual fundraiser.  The menu was beef brisket and spicy pickled slaw eggrolls with cherry bbq sauce and our homemade hummus relish trays.
 
9/14/11 - Vanderbilt Travel Fair - We served Sweet Corn Bisque, Smoked Trout Mousse w/Rye Crackers, and Homemade Ricotta & Arugula Crostini.  We had a great time meeting so many of the fine people at Vanderbilt!
 
9/30/11 - Southern Artisan Cheese Festival @ the Downtown Nashville Farmer's Market from 6-9pm!  There were some amazing cheese and food from several vendors from throughout the Southeast. This year was the first for this festival and we are already excited about participating again next year!!
 
10/6/11 - Benefit for Sister Cities of Nashville - What a great time we had serving up appetizers at this fundraiser at the Farmer's Market!  If you aren't familiar with Sister Cities or what they do, please follow the link to their site.
 
10/7/11 - Food Bloggers Forum -at the Nashville Farmer's Market.  We served Pumpkin Seed Romesco with Truffled Spaghetti Squash on a Crostini, Heriloom Tomato & perl Bacon Parmesan Crisps, and by request our Caramelized Onion Bisque.  It was so much fun getting to meet and speak with people with a true passion for food!
 
2/26/12 - Soup Sunday at LP Field.  We served up our caramelized onion bisque with a parmesan crisp, smoky tomato jam, and house-smoked bacon.  We didn't place this year, but were well received and able to help Our Kids raise a lot of money!  Look for us again at this event next year!
 
3/8/12 - The Birdhouse Thing - This was a fundraiser for the W.O Smith Music School.  We served Roasted Red Pepper Bisque, Cheese Puffs, Carrot Custard with a Sesame Tuile.  Our good friend Nicole Wolfe from Wolfe Gourmet Cakes also offered some delicious cheesecakes!
 
3/24/12 - Nashville Fashion Week - We served a delicious lunch at the Pinnacle building as part of Nashville Fashion Week.
 
4/21/12 - Earth Day - Although it was a very windy and cool day, we enjoyed being part of this fun celebration and debuting our newest jarred item to our line - Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves.
 
4/24 Nashville Film Festival - We served dinner  at the Green Hills Regal Cinema for the VIP crowd.  Our menu was:  Andouille Sausage & Short Rib Pasta w/Butternut Squash cream sauce and Watercress; Zucchini and Tomato Casserole; Cucumber Onion Salad; Banana Pudding; and fresh baked bread.
 
4/25/12 - Iron Fork - This fun foodie event was held at the Marathon Music Works and featured an "Iron Chef" type competition. 
We served:  Fried 'BLT' Pies with perl bacon, roasted tomatoes & Landuff

Tuesday, 5/1/12 - OZ Open House
- This great event was the housewarming party for a new event space in West Nashville where we served the following menu:

Thursday, 5/17/12 - Generous Helpings -   This year we prepared Artichoke, Mushroom & Goat Cheese stuffed pies and Spring Pea Blinis with Salmon Cavair.
 
Saturday, 5/20/12 - SAVOR - Robert competed in this competition where he received rave reviews for the use of the the three special ingredients.  The ingredients were Benton's Bacon, Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey, and GooGoo Clusters.  He created a Bacon Zeppole with a honey whiskey and coffee savayon topped with a GooGoo Cluster brittle.
 
Thursday, 9/6/12 - Sunset Safari - This was our third year participating in this event to raise money for the Nashville Zoo.  This year we served local tomato gazpacho, bacon doughnuts with coffee sabayon, and cucumber bites with dill cream and radish.
 
 
10/15/12 - Farm to Table Dinner for Second Harvest - Robert was invited to be one of eight chefs to cook for this event. Tennessee Titans linebacker Will Witherspoon hosted this event at The Standard Restaurant to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee’s Children’s Feeding Programs. The event entitled “Farm to Table”  incorporated local chefs and farmers together to create a unique dining experience to educate patrons on sustainable food and healthier living.
 
10/19/12 - Franklin Wine Festival - This is a great fundraiser for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee!
