Gnocchi Station: traditional potato, sweet potato, Parisienne styles
Choose up to 10 additions: bacon, arugula, roasted tomato, seasonal vegetables, exotic mushroom, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, marinated olives, garlic, peas

Foie Gras Station:pan seared to order, finished with seasonal fruit & accompaniments
 
Crepe Station:sweet & savory crepes with a variety of different fillings topped with crème fraiche
 
Caviar & Blini:potato blini with local & domestic caviars accompanied with crème fraiche, hardboiled eggs, tomato & red onion
 
Oyster Bar:assorted oysters accompanied with lemon, horseradish, mignonette & cucumber sorbet
 
Seared Tuna Station:fresh tuna crusted & seared over choice of salads
Nicoise: herbs de Provence crust, tomato confit, marinated olives, fresh green beans, capers, hardboiled egg & frisee, preserved lemon vinaigrette
Asian: coriander/cumin crusted, hijiki, wood ear mushrooms, asparagus, carrot/ginger vinaigrette

Grilled Cheese & Soup:gourmet sandwiches on artisan bread with choice of fillings, cheeses & soups

Smoked Fish Station:house cured & smoked salmon, smoked trout mousse, salmon rillettes accompanied with pickled vegetables, capers, hardboiled egg, crostini, horseradish, crème fraiche, lemon, breads & bagel chipss
 
Charcuterie Station: imported & house cured meats accompanied with Southern artisan cheeses, housemade spreads & mustards, fresh mozzarella, marinated olives, grilled artichokes, fresh vegetables & a variety of artisan breads
 
Carving Stations
 
Prime rib:crusted in choice of Herbs de Provence, Rosemary Garlic, Espresso or Au Poivre served with choice of horseradish cream, red wine demi glace, chimichurri sauce, aus jus & ricotta popovers
 
Pork loin: choice of above crusts + porchetta style (stuffed with sausage, wrapped in bacon) served with roasted shallot jus & warm rolls
 
Turkey: smoked or roasted & served with choice of cranberry chutney, herb aioli, olive tapenade, roasted garlic aioli & sliced breads
 
Lamb: boneless leg with choice of crusts served with choice of minted goat cheese spread, eucalyptus jus, apple reliish, olive tapenade & flatbreads
